If you don’t, send it back and we’ll try and find a new something to love. If that doesn’t work, we’ll credit a refund. If that doesn’t satisfy then grab some salt and have another margarita!

Adventures in Paradise Outfitters uses USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Please understand that shipped items normally take 3-5 business days to be received.

Our return policy is for REFUND, STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. Sale items are exchange or store credit only. 

Items are eligible if:

  • All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags still attached.
  • Items are received by Adventures in Paradise Outfitters no later than 14 days from the original shipment date.

If your item does not meet one or both of the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return your items as they will be rejected and shipped back at your expense. We suggest that you send your items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us. 

Once we receive your items, they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a refund or store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. You can call our store at 239-472-8236 to use your store credit over the phone or in person.  WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (ie: size, style, color), contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery and provide a photo of the defect. NO EXCEPTIONS

PLEASE NOTE: Adventures in Paradise Outfitters reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at any time. Adventures in Paradise Outfitters is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. (We recommend you mail your return with a tracking number for your records).
 Any shipping fees associated with mailing back a return are the customer's responsibility. 
Any items received after the 14 day return window that do not fit our return policy guidelines will not be accepted and will be mailed back to you at your expense. 
Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
